Copia Business Services is led by Shann Curtin. Shann has more than 20 years’ experience in working with small businesses to improve their financial record keeping and grow the business at the same time. As well as a natural rapport with clients, Shann also has a network of accountants she has worked with during this time who have commended her on not just her bookkeeping skills, but also her broader business acumen.
As a seasoned professional she knows what both clients and their accountants want from their financial data. Preparing and providing information right, the first time, means happy accountants who typically don’t need to make changes or ask questions. And if the accountant doesn’t need to do anything extra, they also don’t need to on charge the client… So, happy client too!
Assisting Shann is a small group of like-minded professionals. The team is made up of several experienced bookkeepers as well as some entry level professionals who are eager to learn the ropes.
In keeping with our motto, “We work with, not for you”, one of our biggest strengths is that we think about our clients’ money as our own. Of course, that doesn’t mean that we’re helping ourselves to the petty cash tin, but it does mean that we work just as hard to ensure cost savings, income maximisation, value and accuracy, as if it were our own money.
